Hello, I'm Lexy Longest
I started photogrpahy for two simple reasons. First, I've always loved art in all its forms, and photography gives me a way to express creativity while bringing more beauty into the world.
Second, I have a heart for people. If I can helo someone feel confident, capture their happiness, or make their day a little brighter, even for a moment, then I know I'm doing something meaningful.
Photography allows me to serve my community while supporting my family, and I am so grateful to do what I love.
Simply put — I love being behind the camera.
My First Ever Stranger
Photographing my first stranger was a big step out of my comfort zone, but it became one of the most rewarding experiences so far. Trusting someone new with their photos pushed me to communicate better, be more intentional, and showed that even as I'm learning, I'm capable of creating meaningful images for people I've just met.
A Meaningful Session
I'm still learning and growing into my own photography style, and I truly believe that journey is just as important as the destination. One of my very first shoots was with a close friend, and that experience taught me more than I ever expected. She gave me the space to experiment, learn, and trust myself, and through that shoot I discovered so much about who I am as a photographer and how I want to move forward.
